Return service

If one or more of the items ordered by you do not suit you for any reason, they may be returned within the exchange period of 14 days after receipt of the goods. Please note, the costs of the return are for your own account!

We would like to ask you to pre-notify us of a return shipment. This can be done by clicking on the button below or in the shipping confirmation email, or by scanning the QR code on the supplied order / return form. If this does not work, fill in the reason for the return on the order / return form that was in the box.

The items must be returned undamaged, with cards and in original packaging. Put the items together with the order / return form in a good box, seal this box and provide the box with the return sticker.


Sending back returns

Take the box with the return sticker to the sender of your choice, for example Postnl, DHL, Kiala, etc. Here you will receive a shipping receipt with a Track & Trace code after payment. Keep this proof in a safe place. This allows you to follow the package and see when it arrives with us. We would like to point out that parcel services have different prices.

Have you already paid for shipping with your order? Then these shipping costs will be paid back to you if you return items. This is done together with the reimbursement of the returned items.



After receiving your return shipment, the amount to be returned will be transferred to you as soon as possible, but no later than within three weeks. We use the payment method you choose for this; For example, a credit card payment will be refunded to your credit card.
